At KUKBURI, our responsibility doesn’t end once the food is prepared. We carefully package your order to preserve its temperature, texture, and presentation, then arrange the appropriate delivery method based on the order’s size and nature.

We monitor the delivery process from the moment the order leaves the kitchen until it reaches you, staying in touch as needed to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and displayed before you confirm your order, ensuring the total cost is clear from the start.

Receiving and Maintaining Meal Quality

KUKBURI is committed to preparing, packaging, and delivering meals that match your order and adhere to our established quality and safety standards.

Upon receiving your order, please check the integrity of the packaging and the security seal. If the packaging is damaged, the seal is broken, or you notice any unusual odor or appearance, do not consume the product; instead, take a photo of the packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you and investigate the issue.

After Receiving the Order

Once delivered, factors such as holding time, storage method, opening the package, exposure to external contaminants, and reheating methods fall under the customer’s control.

To maintain the meal’s quality and safety:

• If not consumed immediately, refrigerate without delay at a temperature of 0–4°C.
• Do not leave the meal at room temperature for more than two hours in total.
• For optimal quality, we recommend consuming the meal within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reheat the meal only once, following the provided instructions.
• The meal must be heated thoroughly until steaming hot. If using a food thermometer, the internal temperature should reach at least 74°C.
• Never use a microwave with aluminum containers; transfer the food to a suitable dish first.

Clarification

Any change in the product’s taste, texture, quality, or safety occurring after delivery — due to delayed refrigeration, improper storage, leaving the meal out of the refrigerator, opening the package and exposing it to external contamination, failure to follow instructions, or incorrect reheating — falls outside KUKBURI’s control.

This clarification does not limit the customer’s statutory rights, nor does it limit KUKBURI’s liability if the product is proven to have been spoiled or non-compliant with the order at the time of delivery.
